Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

*FREE Shipping in the Worldwide on orders $99 and above.

Delivery Time= Processing Time (about 3 business days) + Shipping Time (about 8 - 15 business days)

Tips: Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding major holidays, most ship within 3 business day of purchase but please allow 5 days for processing.Production times vary for each item but the range is between 2 and 3 weeks. You will receive another notification when your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse and again when your item has shipped. 

* Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.

* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so AMO cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that AMO will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.



TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder. 


PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

DUTIES & TAXES

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.


Please note that customs regulations require that we display the full product value on the package, even if the product was purchased at a discount). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before placing your order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 30 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions

  • The return must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unworn and resell-able condition.

  • The item must be returned with its original packing. 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible.You will receive a reply within 24 working hours.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.



TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and some remote countries may require additional payment and shipping time.

• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.

• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. AMO is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.

• AMO reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

• If you encounter any fulfillment issues with your order, you have 30 days from delivery date to contact us to request a resolution
